Location Data:
The application collects GPS location data during attendance marking operations (check-in/check-out), in the time of accessing dashboard and everytime the app reopen from background. Location access is requested only when users access dashboard for the first time. No continuous background location tracking.
User Identification:
User ID which is an email address provided by the organization.
Device Information:
A unique Device Id is generated using device informations like device brand, OS version, model number etc. This device Id is sent to the server in the time of log in. This device is then registered with the user.
Attendance Verification: Validate employee presence at designated locations.
Security Authentication: Prevent unauthorized access and multiple device usage.
Reporting Generation: Create attendance reports for organizational administration.
System Maintenance: Monitor application performance and resolve technical issues.
All data transmission uses SSL/TLS encryption protocols.
Location data retained for organizational reporting requirements.
Data accessible only to authorized administrators.
Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments conducted.
Data shared only with authorized organizational systems.
No data sold, rented, or shared with advertising networks.
Data disclosed only when required by applicable laws.
Users can request information about their stored data.
Users can request correction of inaccurate information.
Users can request data deletion through organizational channels.
Location permissions can be managed through device settings.
